As sbi is well reputed company
But this branch is worst in every department
Less stafff
Old age employees they do there work like a tortoise
Passbook machine is well on construction
more then a month I don't get my atm card and check book
Just go for hdfc or kotak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a pleasant banking experience, I would strongly advice you to stay away from this SBI branch. The impolite staff and the ridiculously short working hours will leave you frustrated. I needed a small 5 minute work to be done, and the employees here dragged it out for over 2 hours. Please be ware.

Which bank in the world takes 5 hours to update the customer phone number (which already is in their antiquated IT system) and activate UPI (a cheap/broken version of the US Zelle interbanking payments system). Pathetic customer treatment. You are ignored in your face. Unfortunate to see this loss of credibility and international from the biggest public financial institution of the country. Shame.
Update: after 5 hours of making my cow like treatment in this branch, I still cannot use my UPI/Google Pay services... Stateless Bank of India, and a disgrace to the nation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever experience! It’s because of such branches that people condemn all psu banks!! It’s a total mess here. Just queues for everything. I didn’t 3 hours in 5 queues and yet work not done. Never ever take a locker here.. you will be sorry. Wait forever to get your account even made active. The Abm will help you only if you are an NRI else she is not bothered! The entire staff is bothered o my to get their pay cheque every month.. work is not important. Half the staff is on leave always. Horrid horrid experience.
