★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not adequate staff to handle the rush of clients. no priority treatment to senior citizen. overall disappointing service by the number one psu bank. for small things it takes a lot of time to get things done. long queues for everything. staff is too much under pressure and cannot do justice to the clients visiting the bank in big numbers.
