★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch doesnt have a procedure, they keep the customers in line for hours togather and when it is for process they say u are required to submit some more documents.Hence we cannot process after waiting int he queue for long
I as a customer want to follow the procedures of the bank. I went to the bank to close the joint account which is with my mother and myself. I took the application for closure from the concerned and then showed the same to him.
To take the confirmation from the Accountant before taking the queue token the accountant is not in her place, after waiting for one hour the accountant sitting in someother counter said your mother should come. I told u should have informed me earlier she said it is your problem and rejected to process my application. I told my mother is a patient and they did not accept to process the application.
Then went to manager he said he will do said he will send the messenger to confirm with my mother but after discussing with the accountant now they are asking for doctor certificate and other documents.
I dont say no to the procedure why should I take the punishment when the bank is at fault.
They are supposed to inform me when I asked and the concerned people should be in they place which they are not.
My token NC 222 I will complain the same to the regional zonal, and also to the CEO of SBI
Now they are saying u with draw the amount and leave the balance amount 5,000 and go if u cannot get the dr. certificate.
As their procedures are important my time is also important for me. Now the Accountant and Manager are responsible for this unpleasant situation.
the team leaders are horrible and i want to rate it as the worst branch in service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to commute and recognize this place even in heavy traffic because located in main road. Staff are not polite. Even though it is a big branch the time taken for completing transaction is long. They never answer for your questions. Need to improve the maintainence. Parking facility available but less space. ATM's and cash deposit machines available.
