★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infrastructure is good but some employee of this bank they don't have the manner to talk.when I went to deposit 50,000 money cashier said he can't accept it i went to an employee who replied me that it the money which i brought to bank to deposit are black money. I wan't to ask that who gave him permission to say this word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took almost 4 hours to open new account here, such slow and directionless female staffs are here! She was doing my work and in between she got busy in another customer who came after me! They don't respect our time! USELESS TOKEN SYSTEM! If you sat and thinking they'll do their work as you had kept your form on their table, forget it! This will never happen they'll just chill and having talks!
Even the female branch manager( mrs.jyoti) , the laziest government staff i have ever seen, such a ridiculous woman means she is a typical government employee! Customers go in hell she doesn't care and shouts like we are her servants and we have to provide her service!
And most typical behavior of each and every bank and branch, moving their customers from one counter to other! I don't know when this stupid thing will change!
But the good thing i found there that male staffs were calm and cool and ever ready to sort our problems as quick as possible!
I wanted to give one star but for only male staffs' behaviour I've added one star!
