★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lost passbook- I have had the worst experience here. I forgot my passbook with the lady at the counter ( as I dont know the name just for reference her counter is 3rd from the entrance) and went after couple of days to collect it as I was not in town.The lady at the counter said she remembers me and she had kept my passbook. However she said she gave it to the “kaka” - who by the way was way too interested in chit chatting with other staff rather than looking for me passbook. The lady told me that the passbook is lost and they cannot find it and will issue a new passbook to which i said i would want the old one to be found so that it is not misused. The lady said they can not find it now and i will have to wait - no timeline given “ I am assuming she wanted me to wait for life”. I went to the branch manager shubhangi who started acting like ACP pradyuman and said are u sure u lost it here , are u 100% sure and so on and so forth. She said just tell the lady at the counter to search for it till evening. How did I even think she could help me, anyways Itook the new passbook , ( not sure where the old one is hopefully not misused ever - that remains a mystery)coz what else could i do at SBI after all its SBI.

The staff is sluggish.
The manager is not bothered.
Writing this review as I sit in the bank.
Might as well take a token and come back the next day for your number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Air Marshal Ajay Karnik and I have been visiting the SBI Bank for the last 8yrs. However in the last 2yrs I have seen a quantum improvement in the functioning of the Bank under the Dynamic Leadership of Subhangi who is not only super efficient but extremely cordial, polite and helpful. Under her leadership the Bank has been taken up to a new high level in all departments of operations and Administration. Customer satisfaction is at the peak with the result I decided to invest with this Bank. Subhangi also gives proper advice to people like me who are senior citizens. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since about the last one year the banks services have detiorated to a very low level, Conectivety is not available frequently, the printers do not work, the staff ( if available) express their helplessness due to various constraints . Most times now to have to go to other banks inspite of the fact that this branch is at our society gate.I must mention that the business was so well managed when Ms Jyothi was here . The way she handled things during the thick of demonitization was commendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever without supportive staffs. For simple request these people asks me to visit to home branch (which take 60km for me to reach them). When visit the branch I gets only false promises. When called, each person says they will check the things and call back, but no one takes responsibility to call back to customer. If you drop them a mail, it will take a year for them to reply and you need to take thousands of follow-ups. Even the branch manager is not supportive and seems not in a mood to talk to customer without any actions. They don't care who are you and if your issues resolved on time..... :( Will not suggest for this bank and branch to anyone.
