★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Doesn't even deserve 1star. I want change my address, it still not processed since 2 months. Already submitted documents 4 times, every time they says server issues are there. Seriously very bad bank. And employees are also very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you're overseas, and you are locked out of acecss to your OWN ACCOUNT. They NEVER respond to any emails, neither pick up phone.
People only seem to receive service if they go in-person. PATHETIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Enquiry table is setup just at the entrance. Guy was polite and helped me go to correct desk. The guy sitting at desk understood my query and gave me correct form to fill up for deposit account. Proper sitting and forms available. But no social distancing being followed. Hence 1 less star.
