★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to take NOC and Form 35 for my car loan. I went on a Thursday afternoon. The staff was very prompt and polite. I got my work done in hardly 10-15 mins. Surprisingly I was also given an envelope to keep the papers. Very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not make the mistake of having an account here - savings / loan etc. This is not State Bank of India but "Slow Bank of India". There is no service request protocol or workflow here. Every small request will need to be routed to the bank manager through numerous emails (that are never answered), phone calls (at least 2-3). I have lost my patience in the last 7 months. Imagine I do not have a cheque book/ atm card yet! After 7 months of opening the account. But this is business as usual for Slow Bank Of India. The after-loan-disbursement experience is all the more pathetic. These guys operate in an altogether different era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is always extremely crowded and the staff is useless and extremely unhelpful and only helps people when they're in good mood otherwise they'll just ignore their customers.
The ATM, Cash Deposit and Passbook machine has to cater to huge crowd as there's only one machine in this huge branch.
