★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely uncooperative staff, even to senior citizen lady. Did not accept payment for traffic challan saying they can not get website open. This is in clear violation of instructions on traffic challan that any SBI branch will accept the payment. Rudely says go to police station. Am raising this issue with SBI central complaint registry.
