★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either the number listed here is wrong or the staff does not bother to pick it up. I remember I spoke to staff once on this number but since last more than a year I could not get any response on this number. There are times when you need to understand if the bank if operational but your calls are unattended. You end up wasting time to find out the bank is not operational. Rest if you reach out to managers/PO, they are quite responsive and listen to you and respond quickly. It's a mix of plus and minus hence rating it at 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place for definite reason. But on every visit of mine, I have been treated, guided, assisted excellently by the SBI employees. Then, I met Mr Neeraj Gupta who is the branch head. Mr Neeraj is an excellent person, humble and down to earth. He himself attends customer calls and also resolve their concerns personally. A true leader who exhibited customers centric approach to his employees and lead by example. As a customer, I am fully satisfied and has been assisted personally and properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ask you to visit the branch 10 times for no reason. The staff is very lazy to do their work. They acknowledge your the date but will never do their work on the same day. I was visiting whole week for simple account opening process and unfortunately the account is still not active. SBI should check on their priorities.
