They never listen, & they behave as if its not their work but they are doing work free for us...that's rid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. My file for a loan came from my branch and was stuck in process for almost a month. After verification reports were submitted at this office by the agent it took 2 weeks for the lady to attach the report and sign and send it to the next counter where it took another 2 weeks. For dispersement of loan they say "first come first serve basis" but even after reaching office by 10:30am our turn finally came at 4pm and all touts and agents kept getting their work done. And even after that file work which started at 4 went on till 7pm just because the person kept walking out and sitting with fellow officers and talk about all sorts of bull... Worst experience. I would strongly recommend everyone who still wants to stick to SBI or think that they get lower interest rate here to first properly check the market and if still SBI is the only option I have, then go to the head office directly for applying... u will save almost a months time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the Baddest service ever....no....baddest staff ever seen in my life, i went there on Tuesday to open my wife saving account, first a lady deny me to open saving account. she said that they open only only commercial account, somehow she agree, she said she dose not having saving account form, she try to make me fool, i know that all the banks having computers and printer and they took print out of form there. somehow one of their staff ready to take printout from computer but he just....cheat ... and said that he could not found where it is and said that you can come evening. their operator all the staff almost fighting like cats and dogs. nobody were ready to help each other manger who were manager i think he doesn't know meaning of manger, i waited there for more than 3 hour with my 1 year old kids, you can feel that what they were doing. i think SBI should change all the staff from there...all the staff should kicked out out along with manager, they don't know value of other peoples and their time........ there is no option for zero or negative rating otherwise i give them -100,.........please don't play with country economic system... like this.. if any senior of SBI reading this review please observe it...

Whenever i needed the important documents they have shared us even after their working hours, peoples must visit here for loan as i find it better service than private banks. employees are treating customers fairly and well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service provide here. The employees of this bank doesn't understand the value of time. My file for education loan was struck in other bank branch for 1 month. Here they don't value their customers. Very very bad service provided here. I want to give him zero star. My education loan was sanctioned with in 7 months. I am very disappointed with their behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't stopped previous EMS Rs 25000/- which was deducting from my ICICI Bank. But they started additional Rs 32500/- deduction per month from HDFC too instead of Rs 25000/- mandate.
Total deduction from both bank Rs 57500/- per month.
This is happening for last two months in regular manner.
If any higher authority is reading it, he should do something for his highly efficient Bank clerk so that my 2*32500= Rs 65000/- could returned back.
