★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today on 13 may 2020 came for term deposit.the lady Manning counter no was very rude. Coudnot get TD certificate on the day. Three paper saying she will not do it and better get done by other counter.

But i wana say one thing as i have experienced there that, i don't know anyone there so it takes much time and much paperwork to done my work as compare to someone who have a source.

Not plenty of staffs available for banking services you have to wait in line for a couple of hours just if you have some basic operations like passbook update is to be done. The automated passbook printing kiosk most probably remains out of service the CDM is out of service for more than 3 months as it's not been repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave two stars not because of banking services but because of parking problem.
The parking is the most issue for me when I drive through here. I have a four wheeler and there is no parking for cars. Also two wheelers are parked just in front of the main entrance. Sometimes we had to move that two wheelers just to entre in the bank.
And came to the banking services. This branch is croweded every time. You have to spend approx 1hour just to make a transaction.
