★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Income tax detected (TDS) on my STDR was not deposited in income tax account till the end of July this year. Though I had requested them personally by written application and on phone several times, See the other example of there callousness, I gave a written application on 8th July for stopping auto-renewal of my STRD maturing on 14th July but they ignored it and STDR got self renewed. When I complained they told me it was due to absence of staff.
