★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To our surprise, no one in this branch seems to know what they are doing, we had to open an account which took almost 6 hours and still was incomplete. Manager sitting in his office, doing nothing. Staff was pushing us from one teller to another--Really a very frustrating experience.
