★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is best in services. Also the branch employees are somewhat helpful. But the ATM attached to the bank is very third class even it doesn't available more than banking hours. CDM, ATM, PASSBOOK PRINT KIOSK available but only in the banking hours.

I am giving 4 star just because The only Branch Manger named TITU, He was excellent, the behavior, cooperative, and resolutions he had in his time in this branch is speechless, no customer had any objection to him,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous staff was well behaved and active in their work but I am very dissapointed with the present staff...They are very cruel in their behavior and never complete their task in stipulated time despite all the procedure done from the side of the common people like me...in my opinion they should be changed or action should be taken against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very helpful for the people of sagardighi, much needed one branch. It's area can be extended , huge customer, long lines and few windows. It should be enlarged. All SBI stuffs are same , very strict and moody. Otherwise it's efficient and reliable
