★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.. I opened my account last year june 6th.. After couple of days I have submitted form for a mobile number updation but was not done till last month when I visited bank and ask they had no answer and after that again I requested and submitted my form for the mobile number updation but as usual it was not done.. And when I asked they said they have lost my form.. The employees over there is so arrogant, not willing to help and lousy.. Their services forced me to transfer my home branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have savings account here in this branch which I transferred from Sukhia Pokhri branch last year i.e 2018. I am not using SBI since 2013. But, I am planning to continue the banking service here from this SBI branch. Today, I had to visit here and it's took whole day still conclusion is far ahead. But, thanks all banking team where somehow cooperative towards me especially Branch Manager sir and also one Bengali dada (he is bank staff) helped me alot.
Points to remember before visiting bank:
1. Take your copy as well Original documents (mandatory for KYC)
2. Know your Signature (strict)
3. Follow the instructions
