Staff is not well educated, i went with my friends to make international transaction, but no one in bank knew how to do international transaction.
Always crowded, and passbook printing machine not working properly. There is no waiting area, you have to stand untill your turn comes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't seen such a friendly staff in any other Bank. Because, they are always understand your emergency and they try their best to solve your problems. There is one problem that this branch is always crowded. But the best thing is that , even though they get 1 hour Lunch break in afternoon they complete their lunch in just 20 to 25 minutes and start working as aoon as possible in order to serve their best service to every customer. And whenever I visit this branch I never come back without satisfaction. The important thing is that they are compromising their lunch breaks in such a workload to provide the best services.
Overall, I hope each branch has this kind of staff.
Even after this kind of satisfaction, I am giving 4 stars, and that's because the branch is really small compared to the number of accounts it has. So, the government ought to improve this thing and provide some facilities but the staff is great.
as this branch is always crowded I think this branch needs 2 more employees so that they can handle this much crowd. I think all the employees of this branch deserve at least 1 Hour Lunch break and minimum workloads.
And i'm damm sure about one thing that you might have not seen any staff handling this much workload and crowd.
So, we should thank each and every employee of this Branch.
