★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven't meet a group of liers and unprofessional employees then you should visit this place. I went there for a MUDRA loan and I clearly told Mr. Manjeet that I need to open a new boutique and I need a loan for that. He told me some papers to make ready. I submitted all the documents which cost me around Rs. 8000/-. and then they asked me to open a current account which is not necessary for a MUDRA loan( I confirmed with other banks also). He told me that if my loan is not done then you can close your current account without any extra charges.
When the file went to Mr. Chawla who is there for sanctioning the loan rejected my file without any valid reason that your area is not like so that we can give you a loan, even I lives in Jhajjar itself in urban area.
Till then I understood that loan can be rejected but at last when I went to close my current account they deducted Rs.2000/- and said that its a charge for closing the account. WHAT IS THAT..., means you guys don't stand on your own words and ask the customers to open an account just to complete your target.
The whole process cost me 3 months and total of Rs. 11000/-. So what you say is this a professionalism of these employees?
I just want to say that if you go there just cross check their words and it will be better if you took in writing. I dont want this could be happen with anyone else.
Just the pathetic and stupid team. Be Aware.
