β β β β β Normally very low crowd, even on post demonization era very few people can be seen in the branch, but they serve only to home branch customer they were new at that time. Need to check if they serve to all customers now or not?

β β β β β Worst banking service experience ever, staffs treat you like street dogs and they sell insurance policies and mandatory RD account when you want to open new account.....Even manager is involved in this...
They don't provide education loans easily like they avoid doing the work, they give you information in pieces about what papers are required....
There is coupon system which don't work properly...
Staffs are often late, some of the staffs arrive at 11:30 like one in the accounts section....
Poor management of crowd... Overcrowded help desk.... No automatic passbook printing machine...
Don't ever open a recurring deposit here, i missed one recurring and they deducted my 25% of annual interest.....

β β β β β Never seen any sbi branch like this. Young people ,young energy. Yes they do sell insurance but you can deny if you don't want.
Sanjay/Sanjiv helped me a lot during all the process of opening new account, joining two different accounts and was very helpful.
Another person if I have to mention is Yash raj, although I just went to get my passbook printed, I saw him handling 30-40 customers at a time with calm n cool mind he is knowledgeable and helpful too.
Not to forget Abbas sir(not sure if i get the name right), he is very helpful in verifying signatures and stamping passbook photos.
Overall my experience was very good, for this experience only i shifted my account from bazar branch to here. Bazar branch employees are old school babus with all bizarre reasons to not do your required work.
