What is the point of giving email ID for all communications?
Other than visiting the branch, there is not chance of communication/interaction.
What to do if located in other place ?
But when we visit the branch you would always to have deposits and salary accounts in your branch.
With no responses to emails and calls do you want the customer to take leave and visit branch for any help ?
