The worst response by the staffs. Not customer friendly. They treat customers like burden to them. Information will be given partial. Some time due to that you have to visit multiple times to Branch. For a small work they will send to multiple counter and you have to wait long.

Worst brach ever....I have applied for my Debit Card renewal ,but 15 days have past they have not issued it till now.I talked with cc and knew that they have not uploaded the data in there server.I have also given a postal (sbi) cheque and 15 days have past but the amout is not deposited in my account yet. Not only in my case many customers who came to apply for an debit card have to visit the branch for 2nd time to apply it again.

Each facilities are available here. But i think take photos are not allowed here. And that is a busy place it is one branch at talcher. Staff members are good and helpfull. Out side decoration is also good. Very neat and clean place. Watch man is very sencior. And security system is also good. I like that. You can open a account online. hear a board shows what work done here. Overally a good place. Peoples are also come regularly for open new account. I think that is also customer oriented. And also many works are done here in computerised. The cctv system is also good .

Staffs frown if they have to explain again. Unnecessary questions are asked by staffs generally while any kind of transaction. Passbook update machines doesn't always work, so people have to stand in long ques most of the time. Quite crowded mostly. Staffs keep sending from counter to counter. Most of the things like activation or deactivation of ATM cards are manually done by filling lengthy forms instead of online processes. The pictures are taken during lunch period , which is 2pm-2:30pm, so people aren't much seen. Staffs disappear from their desk before 2pm and reappear quite late.
