★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best banking service in tanuku, enquiry counter available, swayam was available, token system was good, by displaying our token number we can approach to a particular counter, the way of response by bank staff was good. We can say and see that how banking digitization was done. Encourage of sbi yono was good. Waiting time is completely depends on crowd. Especially working Saturdays and Mondays there was a little bit crowd compared to other days. Waiting area was good. Overall best service and maintenance compared to all other banks in tanuku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service and worst staff.. no respect and no friendly nature, carelessness and pride., worst attitude of the staff, waited 5+ hours for deposit procedure, no cooperation with costumers, feels like they are paying their own money, even its ours. . that pride and attitude of the employees when feeling they are govt. employees.
