★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State bank of India ( Bandel Thermal Power Station/ B.T.P.S) is good bank providing various facilities like separate ATM counter, separate Passbook up-to-date counter, contains more than 3 machines for withdrawing or deposition of cash but the only problem in this bank is that it's management is very poor. During the demoniterisation time, it had more than 500 meters line. In other time people are given coupons like CIF918 OR CIF919 but that to also people have to wait for a long time... Otherwise it's a good bank..............................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first bank account with this Bank Branch. At that time staffs were polite and that time one staff was there whom I can't forget, he was doing his work very quickly and I had some issues regarding DD which he solved very quickly. I am talking about 2010 most probably.
