★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behavior of staff and employees. Whenever I go to branch for passbook update, they just make an excuse giving stupid and meaningless reason. Such a lazy staff and employees i have never seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer to this branch of State Bank of India for long. My experience with the service is not very bad, although not excellent. Through these years, I've seen improvements in their service. However, it's extremely personal view. The branch is placed at Kolkata's one of the busiest & the oldest market place, New Market. The working hours are as per RBI rules. The ambiance is quite good with ample sitting arrangement for the customers, with token system for their convenience. This is, I guess, at par with all other branches of State Bank of India. Wish you happy banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great tour to india. Actually it was my first visit to kolkata. I found kolkata very warm. Actually we visited in july 2019 and the weather was too hot. We have had lots of shopping..I must say if u want to buy things at very cheap price then u must visit kolkata new market, It will give u inner peace. The thing u buy in Bangladesh at a price, u wilk get the same thing actually far better then that at 1/4th price. The street food of kolkata was so delicious and I loved it.
