★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff work for their self interest and not for the customer. If one does not honor the schemes that are proposed by the staff, the customer has to pay for the same . A job that can be completed in one go. Needs multiple visits. Sorry state of affair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgusting Bank I had ever visited. Any sort of business it took an hour to complete. If you required a simple query at least 1 and 1/2 hours to spend over there. Specifically Counter 4 is horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst SBI branch ever. I have personally visited to clear a cheque. First they told me my sign is mis-matching. Ok I told I have cheque book. I can give another cheque. they said no. From teller to Service manager to Branch Manager. They asked me to discuss with all of them. From one to another. The most unprofessional, ill-mannered person is the branch manager, Mr Rajeev Kumar. I dont understand how these Gutkakhor becomes Branch manager. He said it is not home branch account we cant do anything. Go and visit your home branch after 2hrs. Disgusting and Pathetic.
