In lockdown period Mr. Modi has been announced on 27th march that there will be no deductions has been done on any kind of cheque returns than why bank is cutting our balance from our accounts... Why we are in very big problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI Bank in lonavala is mostly crowded by 11 to 3 and mostly the server is always seem to be down and the passbook machine never works. The person working with passbook and statement in the bank is always rude to talk and always entertains is she knows you well . The assistant manager who sees advance finances, FD etc shows herself always busy and speaks in very rude manner to the customers and always busy on personal calls on mobile and keeps you waiting..... For hours... The assistant manager never accepts her mistake and always blames the customer even though it's not in a very clever way....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some really good at knowledge and work very helpful and some keep taking you from desk to desk for a easy and simple work .....on an average good bank facilities available just the problem is as it's a big customer base bank there is lot of rush always and problem of parking vehicles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't solve my issue of refund from amazon and the police staff is very rude I didn't like the behavior and the sbi staff is also kinda rude they kept saying go to that number counter and this is the worst bank I have ever seen eventually their passbook printing machine is useless they kept saying me from 1 months the new passbook has not been received by our main authorization and other bank are far better than this bank ?(used this because I can't use that)
