★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past one month I m trying to call them but no one picks up the number given on their website, i m calling at customer care also but all in vain they are unable to solve my problem Just get frustrated by all this. Its largest bank in the India also with largest poor customer care services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest SBI management should conduct regular workshop for their employees so that they can learn the importance of customer, they can learn how to behave with customer and this includes all employees including branch manager. Overall experience with SBI is really bad they act as if they r God. Also, they need proper training of computer.
