★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father has been trying to get a loan and the staff has been making him go the bank, the lawyer's office in another village and every possible government office in and around Vuyyuru and Vijayawada over the last 3 months and everytime, the bank staff keeps asking for new documents. My father has severe health complications and has no source of support. We understand the bank has certain policies but 3 months of torture by the bank staff is something I want to let you all know. It is painful to see the bank asking for new documents every other day and 3 months is still not enough for them. Please take action if someone accountable and responsible is looking at this review. This is INHUMAN and UNACCEPTABLE. Is this what your rules tell you to do? To be inhuman and rude. Is this your culture?

Have to visit 2-or 3 counters for every transaction or enquiry .each counter will have an average of 10-15 persons in line as it is most visiting back in the town.
Kindly plan accordingly.
