Don't open account in this branch. Very bad service. Once you open the account you will think that you have done wrong think. And you decision was bad.

Very disappointing branch, it stands to all that bad experiences that one can go through for SBI. Interacting with employees looks like they are incompetent with job. It looks like guards are more helpful to people than the one who are hired for job.

My parents recent experience is very terrible with SBI wani branch. They told my parents that they required filled form to update KYC before some days. Accordingly my father submitted filled forms to them. Since me and my brothers are outside of wani due to jobs, so parents needs to do all the stuffs. My father is handicapped and mother is also suffering with scitica. And before 2 days they feel cold, cough and fever. And abi employee called them to fill and submit form again. It's sbi employee mistake that they lost the form or they didn't find where they kept and they asking my parents to bring it anyhow even they are not feeling well else they will close the account. This is very ridiculous behaviour since it's the mistake of the branch and they are forcefully telling my parents to bring the form again. If such thing goes then how many times my parents will commute there? They don't have vehicle to travel. Also every time they require to pick auto and go to branch and face a lot of exertion and frustration. My humble request to branch is to please follow humanity towards elder people and also think that elder people are also equivalent to their parents.?
