Cashier don't want to accept deposits and arrogantly tells people don't come to this bank next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found good service. Visited today to submit life certificate for my father. Got it done in 15 mins at counter 3, thanks to the lady there. She has been very helpful. Also got a new passbook from counter 2, so that our other state account passbook could be printed here. Everyone was helpful. Good service for us. Thank you SBI Dange Chowk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited SBI for the purpose of changing my mobile number to bank account and for the enquiry of personal loan.

1) For personal loan I had visited to Branch manager Ajit kumar singh for enquiry that person didn't gave me right information and told me you just have to visit where you open your account from here you'll not able to get loan. The arrogance was seeing directly from the tone of his talking.

2) For changing of mobile number I had visited to counter number 1 .. I had fill the form attached all documents they require and gave it to that employee he checked and told account is not open in our branch you have to visit where you open account and they will change your mobile number.

I don't know India's biggest government bank not inter connected with there branches..If I'm living in pune and I opened my bank account in Mumbai branch then whatever issue I had.. I have to visit only Mumbai branch to clear that. No other branch will going to help.
