★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This SBI Branch is always over crowded. Management staff are too dam lazy and over aged. Some of them don't even understand basic English as well as to operate the computer. I wonder how they cleared the SBI Recruitment Exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch from the SBI I know. Staff seems to be very slow. Many of the processes are unknown to the staff and they say no to the work.
My personal experience.
I asked a lady in office to surrneder my ATM cards and ensure there is no deducation fee, she said no. Escalating to manager she said Yes and then closed it. Never the less, it was SBI Badlapur branh, so the blunder was I was charged maintainace again next year. Now following and chasing them to get refund
Most of the times the Internet is down here in the branch.
Mulitiple blunders by the staff and erros by them cause the deduction/penalties in the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice branch to deal with. Some of staff is really helpful and go behind their limits to help people. Crowded usually between 9 till 12 pm.
Timings 10.30am to 4.30pm.
2-3 pm best to time to get served by staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of time their network is down.. This bank is located far away from main city... You go there and most of time u find that u can not get proper service.. Not always their fault, but some server issue or network issues.. or printing machine out of order... and so on..
So it's just waste of your precious time.. U go all the way so long.. and does nothing..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff and watchman.. no respect for senior citizens... Not enough chairs to seat.. even those senior citizens who unable to walk even unable to seat, they make them stand in line for 2 to 3 hours... Bcoz oy one counter is there .... Worst experience ????
