★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team that is in charge of sending the Loan Provisional Certificate makes me run around every year to just get something that takes 5 minutes.
Despite follow ups on email and phone ( which no one picks) I havent still got my certificate. Now I tend to lose lot of money in tax as my company cuts TDS in advance
Please help if anyone is reading this .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is no more operating on Sundays and also closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday. From PBB it has changed to NRI branch. I am going to close my account here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than other SBI branches, I have been to. This branch specially serves Wipro employees.
For a normal person they might need a FD of 1 Lakh INR to open an account for you. I did the same as it was close to my residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of NRI brunch which located in A.V.C compound 80 ft road-4th block -kormangala had rude behave whit us.
first we gon to a local brunch of SBI but the manager of that bank gauid us to go this brunch .but this lady couldn't accept us and even she said that you are lair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. One doesn’t need to wait for long to get the work done. There is always someone from the staff to help if you are confused or stuck.
Originally coming from North India I was actually surprised during my first visit here if I was actually in an SBI branch or in a private bank. ( though this good experience and wonderful behaviour of SBI staff is consistent across different branches in Bangalore)
Earlier this branch used to remain open on Sundays but that is not the case anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service why the customers service is so hard to connect why would you even give the customers helpline number and mail address if I won’t get any responce so sick of this sbi bank they act like we are their servant , and why don’t the deductions is still not stopped i once added 100 on my account online but it was directly deducted without even a message i tried again and again deducted and i tried again and deducted again this time 88 rs again i transferred then after that much deducted i got completely amount deposited i mean don’t we deserve to know why it was debited and on statement it shows by transfer well i in the name of my God and your Gods i never transferred , why will i transfer again when i want to keep it in this account , too much man i hope SBI gets raid . Never in my life i will let my family use sbi not my sons, daughters, wife etc . Boycott SBI
