★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average rating for average services. It has state bank atm in adjacent. Rush is due to ban on high denomination notes w.e.f. 09/Nov/2016. It's open this weekend till 6 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is kiosk just 100 meters away from the branch which charges its commission on transactions, deposits etc. The branch, where any amount subject to limit set as per bank regulations can be transacted for, its staff refuse to deposit less than 20000 and instruct the customer, that is me, to approach the kiosk. Hence the customer is forced to pay the commission unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refuse to deposit money less than 20,000 why? and the argument is " Cash less than 20,000 INR is depositable only in kiyosk outside the bank premises.
And the kiyosk (third party deposit agents) charge 100 rupees per transaction from innocent and illiterate people.
how this bank cheats is out of one's thinking.
they have commition fixed from kiyosk. so they tell people to deposit their cash outside.
rediculous bank service.
can't recommend to open bank accounts in this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my home loan account is with this branch, they are not at all responsive and their branch phone number is out of order since ages.
Bunch of truly unprofessional and disgusting people.They have a clear cut mindset you have to visit the branch in any case for even small inquiry whether you are located anywhere else in the world.
Unfortunately SBI customer care number also does not have these details and they are so called the best performing bank from India, biggest jest of my life.
Just hoping they should at least update the workable contact of either branch or branch manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always pro careless attitude,can't happy to help. I think they thought that when govt.pay salary so why we give attention to customer. Manners of staff is worst ,way of talking like boss ,one day they sure mind that customer is forever #BIGGBOSS.

Even for simple service they make your life hell. Fav dialog " kal aana , padso ana , Tuesday ko ana , Friday ko ana " even 1 star is too much for them.
