★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service rendered is a sad reminder of the popular tv serial of yesteryears "Office Office".
Expect a lot of "kal aana" unless you are a big fish. The branch is understaffed with employees lacking any motivation to help potential customers.
P.S. Not all hope is lost. You may be offered tea if you deposit 75 Lakhs as the NRI couple in the line before me did. For us commoners it's mostly "kal aana".
