★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is basically public sector bank ...located on main road which is meet point of three roads....good & helpful staff but problem is that this is only one brsnch available almost in malad east ...so rush problems is very Sirius.. U need 2-3 hours just for deposits or withdrawal by sleep. Hut now its improving by self deposit machines ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sbi PAREL BRANCH gives worst service to there customers..the staff is working inefficiently and they are not customer friendly . Some of the employees don't give proper information..they will just tell u to do the things online (just to escape from extra work load )Today It took 3 hours just to print front page of passbook...unsatisfied with the service they render to their customers.
