β β β β β We have two accounts. I my self kumar k and my wife hold the account in this branch.
The branch Chief Manager Miss Indira Gaikwad is very helpful and polite.
She ensure to listen to customers query and help them.
Its a very busy branch, hence take out time and visit branch.
I had to take gold loan and both the times the bank staffs have been extremely cooperative.
We had a very positive experience with the branch. Please keep up the good work.

β β β β β Very very bad service, took wrong decision to open account in this SBI branch. I never ever face these many issues with SBI in my 10 years of other banks relationship, which I am facing since 1 year with SBI.
Still I am unable to use my debit card for online transactions. They haven't mapped yet with my account. How is it possible?????
Even for a single small work you have to visit the branch and it takes many days. Because customer care etc never work.

Editing after my issue get resolved. I have increased the rating as they are improving & because my issue get resolved over phone only. Anuja Agrawal helped me and responded on time, also resolved my issue. Thanks!

β β β β β The most pathetic bank, I have opened a Sukanya samruddhi ac for my child , as I wasn't getting any updates on my mobile for my deposit I calld the customer care they said me that they can't speak to me as I am not the account holder then why the hell they took my kyc details to open a Sukanya account for my minor daughter , also whenever u visit the branch their servers are down and the security yells as they can't do anything the server is down, on top of that to make u shut they have put this notice of IPC section 332 and 352 so that the bank staff can misbehave with you but you keep quiet ??

IT systems down. Not suprised by their very outdated n late service for public sector banks.
But atleast this branch have plenty of chairs for sitting arrangement.

β β β β β Pathetic. In this Covid time you have to wait like 1-2 hours. One of the counter always remain empty. I don't know what they are doing. Thats why people speak so much about sbi. They take lots and lots of time to do a single work. Like literally they will tell you to go here and there. And at the end, we can't do anything in this. If u want to visit this bank, than take a day off and visit ??

β β β β β Dont even dare to take any loan or product from SBI, I struggle a lot to get home loan. Misguided from start, first they suggested to take higher amounts approved on safe side but they dont tell EMI will be according to sanctioned amounts. They say Service charges are nill, but later Lot of charges I paid (16000 inr already) and later they say i need to pay 15000 govt + 2000 handling and also mandatory to buy insurance that cost huge amount.
Staff Jadhav mem should retire she is slow and just frustrated with any query you ask, no customer friendly attitude or respect. Branch manager is hired to say NO to every customer query. Lot of manual processes you have visit multiple time. Spend 3 to 4 hrs waiting.
Get from any other bank but SBI. At any point you will be paying close to 1 lac extra on top of loan amount.

β β β β β Worst experience, staff is very arrogant specially service manager (lady ) three times I spoke with her on my issue and no proper response and she rudely behave with customers.
They are Always frustrated staff, work speed is poor, 2G speed is more faster than them. Every counter has long queue you know why go to counter no 2 then he will say go to 4 then go to 9 then go to 2 this way customers are travelling
Zero efficiency staff specially service manager (lady) mentioned her name twice
