No body listens to the customer they simply ignore
They take 2-3 hours for doing a small work
The place is good
Air conditioned but the workers behaviour is very bad
It takes 4 hours to open a bank account with lots of typing mistakes

Staffs are very arrogant
They make mistakes if their own and take lots of times to correct it
they just simply don't understand and ignores the customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager - Operation, in this branch is very much inefficient. Needs immediate replacement. Otherwise the branch may loose it's valuable customers. It will be far more better to replace all the old guys and bring young generations into action.
