★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is denying a loan without proper reason and even after charging fees. The reason that they gave on phone is baseless and if that was the case they shouldn't have gone ahead to charge fees for the loan and then look at something that was available on the 1st day and wasn't dependent on valuation or legal. SBI is terrible in service and non deserving gov workers who need serious competition from private companies. I am about to pay the DGM a visit to check what he says

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RAC PC do not share their numbers and you are forced to call SBI Naupada. Even if you get the number of RAC PC you will hear message, the line is faulty. Giving a single star rating to this bank (SBI Naupada branch) is insult to start system. They are worse than the worst. Will not pick up phone call. By mistake if somebody picks up then they will speak in such a way that they are speaking with their enemy. And you should feel that you did the biggest mistake in your life by calling them. The way they disconnect the phone is like taking revenge with the telephone instrument. They will tell their own rules, which are not traceable in even SBI rulebook. Extremely useless.

When we learn to be respectful to experienced bankers, we learn so much.
One needs to be patient and also keep an open mind. Many times customers are themselves at fault but blame officers.
Conversely officers need to accept that youngsters are always in a rush, and adjust accordingly.
The bank needs to be the platform where youth and experience connect.
