★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a very bad experience, will never trust people like these. They sold us the bilbd rivet nut machine which was faulty, didnt even used the machine to its optimum or standard 8 hrs of production hours daily.
We gave the Machine to their mumbai representative Mr. Joshi , 2 months back and he didnt even sent the machine to Delhi office for repairing and but their owners lied and suggested that they will send the machine shortly and asked us to use the spare tool which also not working properly.
We do not expect such a pathetic service from a company who is charging bomb to us in advance and no gaurantee of their service or communication
We have asked them to refund our money, but they are not giving us the proper response.
Kindly please beware of such companies who are cheating and manipulating customers.
