No value for Smart work I've to stand for 4-5 hrs continuously for many weeks as punishment for giving guidance on time table mgt.
lot of deviation b/w actual and paper work
Ignorance of techno by "heads" resulting in repetition of every work
Overall1/5.....but 5/5 because of quality of students
