★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt recieved what I ordered,and Even in the Parcel my address was not mentioned ! Had to go to the DTDC Hub and Then they gave me And told me Your address was not properly mentioned ! Such a terrible mistake !

Providing good delivery service ..delayed ... missing one item and not accepting mistake but keep on saying impossible to make such mistake hence can't do anything...so endup with expensive deal which looks cheaper. Poor quality of papers delivered too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your product quality is good. I recieved your order 2days back.. but there are 3 things missing, which are really expensive compared to others..
1. Gogo aesop fables set of 8 -1 (worth rs.366,)
2. Apsara pencil kit -5 (I ordered 20 but recieved only 15)
3. Kids puzzle set of 3 -1 (I ordered 3 sets, and recieved only 2sets, 1 Is missing)
We've been trying to call you since 2days.. nobody's answering the call.. tried through all my family members and friends.. no ones picking the call..
I've totally ordered 14 items, of which the above 3 items are missing worth more than 500rs.
We've ordered these products to gift small kids for vijayadasami.. it's not fair if you guys do such poor delivery system. And extremely bad to not answer for such long time..
