★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners are liars. It's a dirty place place to live. There are mosquitoes and bed bugs (khatmal) and they didn't return my security deposit. Moreover, they don't care whether you live or die. So be careful and go at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE!!! The owner is only in it for the money. They dont care about what happens to the people living here. They re chindi af, they ll ignore the problem in hand and then use the cheapest solution they can find in the end. Which literally does nothing. This place is infested with bedbugs and they haven't let me sleep a day since i moved in. Even after complaining about it for 2 weeks the owner took no action. I even developed rashes cuz of them. The RO purification filter doesn't work. Its hanging there just for show. The tiffin doesn't arrive on time, the lunch which is suppose to get delivered at 1 gets delivered between 3-4. The rooms in the basement are ideal for a criminal to hide, you don't know when its night or day. I understand shifting to a new place requires compromises but living here was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
