★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling with family and had to stay over night at Indore and chose this place for safety and comfort. This is a cozy place located in the heart of the city. The property is well maintained and offers studio and 2BHK apartment at a reasonable price. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed, enough to accommodate 4 adults. Washroom was clean. The staff was very hospitable and tried their best to make us feel comfortable. The owner Mr. Gupta stays on the top floor in the same building and that ensures that the place with well maintained and guests are well taken care. Would recommended this place for family and group stay. True value for money. Over all a good experience.
Suggestions for owner: need to ensure hygiene all over the place and make it cleaner, must follow cobid guidelines by wearing masks and providing sanitizers. Should have a small sink at min kitchen for quick wash of cups and plates. Remove the stinking smell from the store room at ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was disgusting and humiliating. They behaved badly with female on time of payment. I have asked them to book for 3 days which can be extended further. They have mentioned two price saying one wholesale and other retail. Advance payment was their deal which i paid . Now at time of payment they asked me pay extra as I am not staying more. They beat hell out of me to pay extra 1750. They were rude and impolite. P
