★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful place to have a house. There is not much traffic or other pollution. Only thing matters is transport. It is hard to find an auto or bus through this route. Security is good. Staff regularly clean streets. I would suggest the place not only to buy but also for rentals.

Good housing colony.
All are individual houses.
Good community. Calm quiet and less pollution .
To reach this place , there are two railway underpass. Big trucks might not pass.
Only one shop nearby.
No hotels near by .
Community has no club house or pool.
Name sake park and game area only .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here for the past several years as a tenant. Very calm atmosphere. Less crowdy, less polluted area as compared to other areas of Visakhapatnam. The concept of independent house is a very nice one. We especially South Indians like this concept since ages. This gated community has 24 X 7 security guards, independent water pumping system and a RO Plant for drinking water. This site is divided into 3 Phases named 1,2&3. For an outsider, one would feel difficulty in finding one’s house as I also felt. Let’s note down the pros and cons of this society:-

No water issues
Dedicated road cleaning staff
RO plant for Drinking Water
Less Pollution
Play zones/ Park for children
Badminton courts
Auditorium
Gymnasium
Supermarket for daily essentials
Upcoming temple
Hospital in 3Kms
Schools in 3 Kms
Clearance of Garbage by GVMC
CCTV surveillance
Cons:-
Far from the city
More shops are required
Maintenance Charge is high
Limited designs for houses
Pay extra for any modifications
Rent has been surged recently
3 Kms from highway
Drowns during heavy rains
Road from Highway to society is too bad
Gap between adjacent houses is too less
Poor quality of work. Have seen ample of cracks in houses which are even less than 2 yrs old.
Garbage Clearance to be done atleast twice a week. It’s done only one time as of now.
No covering of drainage from main road to society
This review is purely based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can wait indefinitely for your house to be constructed then this is the place. 3+ years for ~1K sft house seems ROI is not great. They take their own sweet time even after regular follow-ups, this is not something pleasing. I doubt if they ever commit to time on construction. No proper management and escalation path.
