★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please trust me, dont opt this agency even if this is the last option, I sent my parents to Kanyakumari trip and it was more like torture, no pickup from bus stop, no one to show the places.. I I, post this experience suggest to go Madurai and by own and pick some agency, I would have given 0 star if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, not just for the tour but for everything that happens after booking. Right from day 1 its a nightmare, the buses, the hotels, the 7-8 hour delays for everything, the co-ordinators, the man who calls himself the owner, the drivers, well just about everything. After the tours with STC you will wish you had not stepped out of your house in the first place.
Suggestion to STC - rename your tour packages to nightmare-1, nightmare-2 etc. Suggestion to google - add negative ratings!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience !! Never expected that much bad services from them. I book package for 5 people but they given 4 people accommodation in every hotel, I have to pay for extra one person at hotel. I book VIP darshan for Tirupati and pay them in advance for VIP Passes but what i get is normal darshan and no refund.

No value for your money, before booking they will show one hotel once you reach then they will provide another hotel, STC persons are very rude they wont care after giving money.Each and everything we need to struggle after reaching to destiny.
Please please do go with this tourism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked two tickets from Kodaikanal to OOTY and on the date of journey we got a call that the bus was cancelled due to rain and less passaengers. We were told that we would be dropped at OOty by an Toyota Innova and we don't have to pay anything extra for the ride. Later, in the evening the innova guy called and told us to pay 2k rupees for the diesel and we will get these 2 k in refund from the people (a couple) who will board from Palani, which comes on the way. Later no one boarded from Palani and we were told that the Innova will drop us in Coimbatore to which we disagree. Then, we were told that we will be paid for Coimbatore to Ooty tickets. Later, as we were tired and it was 11.45 pm by the time we reached Coimbatore, we thought of staying in a hotel in Coimbatore which we paid from our pocket. We were told to collect the cash of 2 k from STC Travel and Holiday office at OOty.
Since then we have been following up with Mr. Imran who gave some one else number to contact. We have also dropped an email to stc people way back since nothing is resolved.
It seems like the bus of the Company from Kodaikanal to OOty doesn't exist and if exist, is not operating. Later, we got to know the Innova which droped us at Coimbatore had to pick a client from Coimbatore Airport, so the driver refused to drop us at OOTY. These STC people must be doing this with many people by sending them to Ooty and Coimbatore by arranging coride with the help of local passanger vehicles owners.
Always book through Red Bus and avoid STC Travels and Holiday completely. Take buses from Kodaikanal to Palani and from there all time
