Waste Of Time and Money
The hard drive provided for backup in this company could not be backed up. But it is very sad to say that such a big reputed company has not been able to backup the hard disk, but the backup has been taken by a small computer shopee person without taking any testing charge. Please make progress in your work.

Honestly I have heard about the good repute, efficiency and long standing expertise of Stellar in the field of data recovery but unfortunately I could not go through with the recovery process as it was way out of my budget and I could not afford it hence I asked for the return of my SSD. Throughout this whole time the support team has always assisted me throughout. This truly highlights that customer support and service is really indeed the backbone of a successful and prospering company. Especially I would like to really mention and praise and commend Ms. Vanisha Murpana and Ms. Meghana Thottupura for their selfless assistance throughout the recovery process. They have been really helpful and have often times gone beyond to stay in contact with me and have shown utmost concern and care for my problem. They have been extremely transparent in explaining me each and every detail of the process upfront, giving me choice to make an informed decision on whether to proceed or not. They are very prompt when you need to contact them and will alleviate any doubts you have, and as well as have patient by giving the client time and freedom to take the call of whether to go ahead with the process after telling you the break up and costs for the same up front. Although I didn't opt to get the data recovery done because I got a quote of ₹54000 by them.
In the initial calls I was told that the average cost is around 8-10K but the exact quote will be shared only after inspection.
And this is what I got on inspection.
Also the cost of pick up, inspection and drop is 699 which is non-refundable.
