★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are prompt. Usually the internet works fine. Doesn't give you any issues as such however once a month or so whenever there is an issue , it is promptly taken care off . Customer service is always available. Bandwidth is maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From last month regularly every week on Friday my wifi was not working, Poor Service Provider, When I complaint manmeet he was so rude & use abuse language on what's app I have his full chat,When he is selling me new connection then he told me that we will give you 24*7 service but in actaul it's not, They support only between 10 to 8 pm. They make us fool nothing else no response come from there 24*7 number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and fraud company....once you will ask for connection will say to purchase modem with refundable money. Once you ask them to refund will deny...farzi company with farzi distributors in hari nagar..please never go with this connection in hari nagar....

Having Excitel’s connection since 7 years now. The service level has increased. I have faced some issues related to disconnection but those complaints were handled on time. I must say the plan and the customer satisfaction is there.
