★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really loved the customer service of Instep Adventure. I actually wanted Entre-prise Climbing Holds, and Stepin is leading dealer for these holds in india. I liked the experience of buying from Stepin even though i am located in completely different state, I quickly got connected with one of their marketing person and got the work done in just 2 days. Also want to mention that their marketing person were really knowledgeable. I got fast and safe delivery of my ordered product. The packaging was really good, not even single piece was damaged even though it was 10+kg product (40+ climbing holds). And of course the quality of product was top notch and freshly made :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prajakta from your organisation has fooled us big time. She promised that we will get rooms if vacant but failed to deliver. She expected us to pay for water after the trip and kept us uniformed about it before the trip. She later called us while we were at work and spoke to us rudely. She spoiled the entire experience by her words.
I have made a payment to your company for Rs 21600. I had a booking for the camping and trekking plan for Andharban . Please check your records. The trip was on the 12.07.2021 which was 2 days back. We were a team of 12 people. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for your adventure gear, only problem is finding it the first time. Location is correct, It's of the first floor, can be accessed via stairs from the back. I bought a Hans butane container from them for camping, they have the best price of all online/offline marketplaces.

Wish they had an array of more high quality international brands.

The owner arranged them at short notice for me and when i requested that i would be able to visit store at odd hours he opened the store and boot with choice of colour and size were ready for me to try. His helpful and going out of the way nature was amazing. I recommend this store for your future outdoor requirements.
