β β β β β I would be happy if there is a negative star for this service, first time you step in and never you will step again, let me tell you why... I had a water damage laptop, I went in and told the same, he asked me did you go to any service centre before, I told no.. Then he told it takes max few days around 3.to repair it. But told me within 24 hours I'll give you an update of what the problem is, but he didnt.. Next day I went and asked my laptop he told me its in process of repairing, then I told him y this late, he gave me all possible reasons of corona and all, trying to convince me, they he spoke over to his technician, I understood that he touch the laptop. He told me within half n hr I'll tel u what is the problem, I waited and got a call telling me mother board has to be repaired and hard disc has to purchase a new one, I agreed and told to go ahead and repair it, then today he called me and told ur laptop is ready, I went and asked, he told me just few minor problems were there not a big problem. No mother board and no hard disc problem, he asked me 2500 rs to pay, I asked him for receipt, he told we don't give receipts, I told I'll pay via card, he said no,.. Only cash he told.. Then I sent money his via gpay.. This is pure, planned cheating.
