Mr. Vicky Dhusiya who is a great trainer. If the classes are attended regularly and workout is done properly with dedication, good results can be obtained for sure. I have became more energetic and fit. Zumba workout is fun.

Steppro does a great job of mixing it up so you'll get a different workout every time. After a few visits you will have a new appreciation for all those areas that you need to be working harder. Vicky Sir & Geeta Mam has amazing energy levels and fitness knowledge that they can help anyone at any level to get a great workout, have fun and always checking that you are protecting yourself from injury.
