Only one major show room in chinchvad area. Experienced bad service here. They won't clean bikes properly.

I was cheated twice and at the service station parts tend to disappear. I serviced my vehicle in Oct 2020 that time the screw of the oil kit were missing this time today I serviced again but now the fork lock was missing from the wheel lock assembly. When I asked them to check the security footage for the proof they denied stating the camera's don't work and are only for show. This is how the service station operates with no security and safety. Also they don't accept their fault and only the customer is at fault. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Just don't make UPI payments, your payment will be stuck. Do only card payments. Because when I said I to receptionist that I'm doing payment through Phone pe he said ok, and when I enter password after that payment was stuck and then receptionist guy said " sir , here payment through UPI always stuck " bro then why didn't you tell me this before starting the transaction right ? He said nothing.

Very Rush place for servising but with in 1-2days you can get your bike. Staff good,sales staff rude. account staff so slow & need to increase billing counter. Part not repair or clean directly replace. So budget is increases as thay maintaind in initial quotation. Please note do not give bike for evening or Sunday it maybe take one more day for delevery. Service center may offer different servicing discounts for paid services.

The service is Average and not up to the mark. They do not wash the vehicle properly and the manager is a bit rude. The staff behavior is good but the service is average. If one tells about 10 issues in a vehicle while giving the vehicle for servicing. Then they will only fix 4 or 5 problems. This happened with me twice don't know what's the problem with them. Most of the times its crowded so its better to book an appointment early or reach the service center early in the morning. If one is going for paid servicing then i will never recommend this services center as most of the times its over crowded they will never service your vehicles in a proper way

Poor service center. Gave Activa for paid servicing for β‚Ή5k+ . Avoid this service center. ? 1. Speedometer was working before service. It stopped working after service. I noticed couple of days later and complained. They took extra charge for fixing it. 2. Horn was working well before service. After service have to press hard only then it works. 3. Waited for 45+ minutes to collect the vehicle after payment. 4. They upsell a β‚Ή150 odd carbon cleaning liquid. Don't know if that really makes any difference.

Very very good and fantastic service by sterling honda. Specially thanks to Mr Lauren sir... Who's sales manager in Sterling Honda...unbelievable support by team..they give me 15days time for delivery but... I received my bike on 5th day of all process . Thank you sterling honda

Dear sir/Mam'm, I have purchased new bike of Activa 6G. Bike no. - MH14 JF5442. Purchase date is 19-Oct.2020 , I have completed last bike servicing on 22-11-2021. Today(24march 2022) I was driving my bike on the road and my bike silencer automatically cut and dropped on the road. My luck was good that's why I'm typing this massage, silencer damaged because truck is gone on this silencer, I think it's totally bad quality silencer. I request you please provide best silencer to me without any charges ( Service and Product) I take this silencer and going to honda service center on Stirling honda chinchwad, but there service was tottaly bad, they said it's accident and they cant help me that case, Please revert me Asap. I'm waiting your reply. Still not received any fulfill reply by honda 2/04/2022 With best regards, Shriraj Patil
